Deconstructive Analysis

It sounds ominous, but it is absolutely necessary.  Too often people are resistant to change because of habit or beliefs that they cling to as "the" truth. Our goal is not to attack their beliefs as that tactic is seldom successful. However, through Deconstructive Analysis we work hard to dig deeper into issues.

It is easy to look for simple answers and stop exploring new options once we find something that supports our preconceived beliefs.  At WST, we NEVER stop looking for a way to do things better. We do not frame our discussion as "right" or "wrong." We simply look for the best possible outcomes to community problems.

Deconstructive Analysis requires us to go beyond preconceived notions and examine issues in-depth. This process can open minds to new opportunities. We analyze all possible causes, effects and solutions in order to develop the best plan for corrective action.

The process is difficult at first, but it quickly becomes addictive as it challenges everyone to think in new ways. Change then becomes exciting rather than adversarial.

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.                                                                                                                              George Bernard Shaw
